I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, but they were quite small and uncomfortable for two people. The service at the complex was top-notch with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was excellent, close to various dining options and convenient for my work at the convention center. Our stay for the wedding accommodation was straight across the way, but unfortunately, the room was not clean, leaving us feeling itchy. There seems to be bugs in the bed and lounges, which was absolutely gross. On the bright side, the staff were organised, helpful, and awesome in assisting us with car hire, grocery shopping service, and tours/ticket assistance.
